Video Games Club (VGC)
Video Games Club is a space for any and all players to meet, practice, and compete casually or competitively. We are proud to welcome gamers of all age, races, social backgrounds and levels. Our members range from brand new to video games to top players in their leagues. Come join the VGC family! From our constitution: The purpose of Video Games Club is to gather people who are interested in video and/or tabletop games. Members will gather to socialize and discuss their shared interests in video and/or tabletop games. New and veteran players alike can also practice and compete with one another through the club in casual or competitive environments. We will represent the University of Miami and strive to impact and expand the South Florida gaming community. The objectives of the Video Games Club shall be to: Create a progressive and inclusive environment to discuss and play games. Gather and organize video game players at the University of Miami at our weekly meetings. Give back to the local community through gaming fundraisers. Organize tournaments on the University of Miami campus for students. Organize trips for members and teams to travel to major tournaments to compete. Represent the University of Miami through Esports programs.
