Come watch an early *free* screening of the new adaptation of Don DeLillo's award-winning 1985 novel, directed by Noah Baumbach ("Marriage Story," "DePalma," "Frances Ha") and starring Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig, Raffey Cassidy, Don Cheadle and André Benjamin.
At once hilarious and horrifying, lyrical and absurd, ordinary and apocalyptic, "White Noise" dramatizes a contemporary American family's attempts to deal with the mundane conflicts of everyday life while grappling with the universal mysteries of love, death, and the possibility of happiness in an uncertain world.
The movie centers on a married couple (Driver and Gerwig) whose placid suburban lives start to crack after a crash between a train and a truck carrying chemicals results in an "toxic airborne event" which forces the characters to uproot their lives and contemplate their mortality.
