About this Event
The Writing Retreat brings graduate students and postdoctoral fellows from all disciplines together for intensive sessions of dedicated writing time. While many participants will be working on a dissertation or Master's thesis, the Writing Retreat is open to anyone working on formal scholarly writing projects.
The Spring 2021 Writing Retreat will take place virtually via Zoom from 8:30 a.m. until 500 p.m. on both days. The daily program will feature scheduled independent writing times, regular check-ins, and presentations on writing resources and developing and maintaining routines. A Writing Center tutor will also be available to work with participants, dates and times to be determined.
All students and postdocs interested in participating in the Writing Retreat are required to submit a short application form by Friday, March 12. Acceptance notifications will be sent by Monday, March 15.
