Virtual Mindfulness Session (this is a past event)

Virtual Mindfulness Session

The sessions are led by Kelly Miller, a librarian who is completing her practicum in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (a two-year training program for teaching awareness and compassion-based practices), or a guest teacher.

Co-sponsored by the UM School of Law and UMindfulness, these free sessions are open to the UM community. Each session is hosted using Zoom. We recommend that you connect to each session ten minutes prior to its start time to test your connection and ensure that your technology is properly configured.

Mindfulness Resources: E-books and audiobooks available through the UM Libraries
