The Broward County, Miami, and Palm Beach County ’Canes Communities are inviting UM Alumni and Friends to a memorable night at the ice rink to watch the defending Stanley Cup Champion Florida Panthers play the Detroit Red Wings. The first 150 guests will receive a limited edition Florida Panthers & University of Miami hat.

Elevate your game night with a pregame mixer featuring enticing drink specials. Capture the moment with a photo alongside Stanley C. Panther, the lively and gigantic mascot. Don't miss this unique opportunity to connect with all your SoFlo ’Canes at once!

Frost School of Music alum Ariel Rose will be performing our national anthem before the game, so make sure to catch one of our talented 'Canes before the game.
7:00 PM | Puck Drop - It's game time!
Relax and enjoy the thrill of the game. Try your luck catching a t-shirt from the stands! In addition to the on-ice action, keep an eye out for Stanley as he energizes the crowd, appearing on the large scoreboard to kick off cheers throughout the game. The halftime show will feature the Florida Panthers Dancers, and there will be engaging games and quizzes to captivate the audience.
