About this Event
This virtual event will explore the cutting-edge science of mindfulness taking place at the University and highlight the benefits of mindfulness training. Join faculty experts to learn how practicing mindfulness can improve brain function, protect against stress, and enhance well-being and social connection; and participate in mindfulness meditation exercises.
The discussion will also include recent studies conducted with medical and business professionals, teachers, first responders, and military service members and their spouses.
