Join us for mindfulness sessions to cultivate calm and focus. These 45-minute sessions will introduce the fundamentals of mindfulness with periods of guided practice and opportunities for reflection and questions.
The sessions will be led by Kelly Miller, a librarian who is completing her practicum in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (a two-year training program for teaching awareness and compassion-based practices), or a guest teacher.
