CARD, in collaboration with Project 10, is hosting a four-part discussion series focused on transition planning from middle school to high school and beyond. This series will include the sharing of practical knowledge to help students and families become informed and confidently navigate next steps for their student. Questions are encouraged and welcomed throughout the sessions. All sessions are open to the communities of Broward, Miami-Dade, and Monroe Counties, will take place virtually, and materials will be available through an online Padlet platform.
