The LGBTQ Student Center was established in 2016 and moved to its new home in the Whitten University Center on May 18, 2023. During this visit you’ll learn about the Center’s mission, impact, and services supporting an inclusive culture of belonging.
The Center is the H.E.A.R.T. of our LGBTQ Community here at the U! The Center’s team provides a Holistic approach to Educating and creating Awareness around issues of gender, sexuality, and identity using Restorative practices that Transform the lives of our students and the greater Miami community.
This 1.5-hour tour welcomes all mobility levels. The tour will be inside the Whitten University Center on the Gables Campus. To request an accommodation, email wei@miami.edu or call 305-284-8195 by August 5, 2024.
