About this Event
Rest and mental health are intimately connected. Rest is not accomplished by simply taking time off and then going back to your busy schedule. When you rest, you give your mind and emotions a break from stimuli. Whereas sleep gives your body a break, rest involves the whole being and not just the body. It allows you to take a break when you are awake to let your mind shut off. Do you find it difficult to rest? Join us to discover the reasons why many of us resist entering into states of real rest and review tips that facilitate mental rest to help during the upcoming holiday season. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.
When: Tuesday, January 30, 2024, 4:00 – 5:00 PM Eastern Time (US and Canada)
