- The Art of Mindfulness -
Recharge, refocus and reclaim the day with a short introduction to mindfulness followed by a guided mindful sitting. Sessions are led by Alice Lash, founder of Mindfultime, and UM Professor Scott Rogers, founder of UM’s Mindfulness in Law Program. The program is held every first and third Tuesday of the month.
