About this Event
Dr. Aaron Heller, Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology presents "The affective and neural benefits of real-world experiential diversity before, during, and (still during) the COVID-19 pandemic." Experiential diversity promotes well-being in animal models. His talk will present data combining real-world geolocation tracking, experience sampling and neuroimaging, where we demonstrate that daily variability in physical location predicts increases in positive affect in humans.
