How can we be more resilient? How do we remain resilient while managing life’s difficulties? Resilience involves the ability to recover and rebound from challenges and setbacks. Although people vary in the variety of coping techniques used to face problems, researchers have identified key characteristics and useful skills that can be developed and strengthened. Join us to learn attitudes and behaviors that can help us to stay in the resilient zone. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant. FSAP Health and Wellness seminars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program. Attend to receive 50 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum total of 200 points for FSAP 1-hour webinar attendance per calendar year).
