The SoBe Mindful Movement practice draws upon the elements of nature to remind us of our true nature. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and recharged—a few moments to step outside the steady stream of distractedness and the emotional roller coaster—to connect with the present moment a little more fully. You’ll also leave with the easy-to-remember instructions to practice on your own—at home, at work, and especially outside. Registration required.
