 ead participants through a 30-minute interactive engagement with two of Wi
 ley’s larger-than-life portraits. The program will link Wiley’s contem
 porary efforts to redefine and affirm black identity with Juneteenth\, a b
 ittersweet day that celebrates human freedom but also critiques the ongoin
 g legacy of slavery.\n\n \n\nThis program was made possible by the State o
 f Florida\, Department of State\, Division of Arts and Culture\, the Flori
 da Council on Arts and Culture\, and the National Endowment for the Arts\;
  the Miami-Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs and the Cultural Aff
 airs Council\, the Miami-Dade Mayor and Board of County Commissioners\; th
 e City of Coral Gables\; Beaux Arts Miami\; and Lowe members.
