Serenade-
Featuring Ralph Vaughan Williams' famous Serenade to Music, the audience will be treated to works dedicated to celebrating the beauty of song, with soloists from the Frost School of Music. You will hear works by Zanaida Robles, Schütz, Rheinberger, Eleanor Daley, and the East Coast premiere of a piece by Shelly Berg, Frost's Dean of the School of Music. With the Frost Chorale, Shelly Berg on piano, Charles Bergeron on bass, and Julius Rogers on drums, Berg's piece is a response to Renaissance composer Orlando Gibbons' O Clap Your Hands. The Frost Chorale will also include two student works by David Caldarella and Sam Scheibe.
