The University of Miami Public Health Policy Lab and AHF Global Public Health Institute invite you to our upcoming Emerging Topics in Global Public Health Webinar Series virtual panel, "Reimagining HIV/AIDS Care: Strategies for the Next Generation". This webinar will provide a comprehensive exploration of the future of HIV/AIDS care, examining key advancements in therapies, care models, and public health policies that promote retention in treatment globally. Expert panelists will discuss the development and potential impact of long-term injectable therapies, strategies to ensure equitable access in diverse settings, and the integration of HIV services into primary healthcare systems to enhance care retention. The discussion will also address critical challenges as these advancements take shape, such as combating stigma, closing treatment gaps in underserved populations, and mitigating barriers that hinder progress toward global goals, such as the UNAIDS 95-95-95.
