Faculty and staff who experience burnout commonly feel mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted. Attend this webinar to discover the early predictors and manifestations of stress that are warning signs of burnout and review strategies that can help to prevent its harmful effects. This offering will also detail health affirming organizational wellness practices that can help reduce stress, foster faculty and staff well-being, and encourage work/life balance. This webinar will be facilitated by Orlando Gonzalez, counselor and employee assistance professional for the UM FSAP.
