Philadelphia Canes Day of Service at Lemon Hill

Hosted by Canes Communities all over the country, Canes Day of Service offers University of Miami alumni, families, students, and friends an opportunity to participate in a local service project to give back to their respective communities.
Join the Philadelphia Canes as we come together to care for the Lemon Hill area in Fairmount Park. Our efforts will include pruning, weeding, and planting new greenery.
Meeting Place: Tool shed next to Lemon Hill Mansion located at 1 Lemon Hill Drive, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
Attire: Please wear suitable attire for gardening, such as long-sleeved shirts, pants, sneakers, and hats. All necessary gardening tools and materials will be provided.
Lunch: Once the work is done, we will unwind with lunch at Lemon Hill Park. To keep the spirit of community and sharing alive, we encourage everyone to bring a dish or beverage to share. Don’t forget to add your item to the list here!
Parking: There is a small parking lot near Lemon Hill Mansion with approximately 15 spaces available. Additionally, street parking can be found nearby.
