The New Leader Experience program provides newly promoted and newly hired leaders at the University of Miami with the resources and tools they need to execute key management responsibilities at the U, providing an overview of leaders’ main responsibilities & key processes.
New Leader Experience provides leaders with an onboarding process to help engage with their team to be successful and to achieve their development goals. It provides new leaders with tools, resources and recommended best practice activities to ensure a smooth assimilation and integration into their leadership role at the U.
By attending the New Leader Experience, you will be able to:
- Understand your responsibilities as people leaders from an operation, systems, legal, and people and performance perspective
- Understand the University of Miami’s expectations for people leaders
- Learn how to navigate the University of Miami’s e-tools for leaders
