Join the New York Canes for a special Harlem exploration in honor of Black History Month! Together, we'll immerse ourselves in the art, history, and stories of the African Diaspora at two iconic institutions.
Our Journey:

📍Schomburg Center for Research in Black Culture - New York Public Library

We'll begin at this world-renowned research library and archive, a beacon of Black history. Explore its powerful exhibitions with the group from 12:10 - 1:30 p.m.

📍Caribbean Cultural Center African Diaspora Institute (CCCADI)
📫120 East 125th Street, New York, NY 10035
After a short, scenic 20-minute walk through Harlem, we'll reconvene at CCCADI, a vibrant cultural hub celebrating the living arts, traditions, and stories of the African Diaspora.
Flexible and Open to All:
Join us for the full experience or meet us at whichever stop works best for you, just arrive by 12 p.m. at the Schomburg or 2 p.m. at CCCADI.
