Two-time GRAMMY Award-winning soprano Hila Plitmann along with guitarist Steven Thachuk, hailed as "a master of interpretation and artistry,” join the Frost Wind Ensemble (FWE) for the world premiere of Sean Hickey’s Congregate Settings and a new work by Donald Grantham honoring the memory of Robert Carnochan, former Frost professor and conductor of the FWE.
