https://lawreview.law.miami.edu/2025-symposium/ #miamilawreviewThis year, the University of Miami Law Review symposium will examine the regulatory and administrative frameworks developing around emerging technologies like digital assets and artificial intelligence. These technologies are not just transforming how individuals and firms interact socially and commercially; they also raise questions as to the applicability of the regulatory frameworks in place under existing law. By examining the intersections of tech, existing law, and regulation, we hope to contribute to the conversation around the development of informed, effective policies that protect innovation while mitigating inherent risks.
