The Environmental Law Society invites you to a discussion about the Loper Bright Enterprises case, which overturned the longstanding Chevron deference doctrine, will shift the future of administrative law. With so much of the environment regulated via administrative actions, this panel discusses the potential impacts of Loper on environmental governance and the way forward in ensuring environmental protection.
