About this Event
University Foote Greene
The purpose of Be the Change: National Gandhi Day of Service is for participants to provide community service in the ideals of peace advocate Mahatma Gandhi. This event also aims to foster cultural awareness in addition to the direct service component. Despite the current circumstances due to COVID-19, we will aim to bring together volunteers from the University community to spend a day of service utilizing various online platforms. From assisting growing institutions to aiding current partner sites, we hope to expose students to diversity and culture, give back to the community, and foster a passion for service.
