Mary Ann ”Toots” Zynsky is a pioneering artist who helped make contemporary glass a worldwide phenomenon through her signature method, filet de verre. Her lecture will discuss the evolution of her practice, focusing on her ongoing Endangered Species Series, which explores the brilliance and dynamics of endangered birds' signature plumage, highlighting the peril birds face from unchecked climate change.
