About this Event

Many Americans assume that Jews in the U.S. and Israel are similar. However, their relationship is complex and highlights broader cultural issues like nationalism, Judeo-Christian relations, antisemitism, and the U.S.-Israel connection.
This book explores key questions: Is Judaism a religion or a nation? Why are American Jews and Israelis ambivalent about each other?
Why do Christian evangelicals support Israel? Why do American Jews tend to be Democrats and Israelis Republicans? Why Is antisemitism growing on the left, and why does American Jewry stagnate while Israeli Jewry thrives? It examines the future of LET American Jewry and its evolving relationship with Israel.
Cocktail Reception from 4:15 pm-4:45 pm.
