Many of us know the feeling of being overwhelmed and scatter-brained at work. Incorporating mindfulness practices can help us stay focused yet flexible, and reprogram our minds to manage stress in a healthier way.
Start your Monday mornings this October with a 30-minute mindfulness session that teaches you the tools for integrating mindfulness into your workspace.
No experience necessary. Everyone is welcome to attend as many or as few sessions as they like.
