Join us in the exploration of mindfulness and its practice. These 45-minute sessions will introduce the fundamentals of mindfulness with periods of guided practice and opportunities for reflection and questions. The sessions will be led by Kelly Miller, a librarian who is completing her practicum in the the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program (a two-year training program for teaching awareness and compassion-based practices), or a guest teacher.
Co-presented by the UM School of Law and UMindfulness.
This free program is open to the UM community. Each session will be hosted using Zoom. We recommend that you connect to each session ten minutes prior to its start time to test your connection and ensure that your technology is properly configured.
