Workplace mindfulness is the practice of bringing your attention to the present moment while you’re working. It means being aware of your thoughts, feelings, and physical sensations as you go about your tasks. Cultivating mindfulness can help to reduce stress and anxiety to foster a more positive and productive work environment for yourself and for your colleagues. Attend to discover the many benefits of workplace mindfulness, explore ways to model its practice and review how one may incorporate it use into a daily work routine. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.
