#MiamiPedNephSemThe Miami Pediatric Nephrology Seminar, now in its 48th year, is
a unique international gathering of pediatric and adult nephrologists,
pediatricians, internists, general practitioners, renal pathologists,
neonatologists, pediatric urologists, transplant surgeons, nurses,
nutritionists, and allied health professionals from all over the United
States and the world sponsored by the University of Miami, Leonard
Miller School of Medicine and Holtz Children’s Hospital at Jackson
Memorial Hospital.
The 48th Pediatric Nephrology
Seminar will include a total of 8 Sessions from October 14-16, 2022
covering a wide range of topics including: Congenital Kidney Disease:
Defining the Future, Ongoing Challenges in Diagnosis and Management,
Transplant Challenges: Surmounting the Current Environment, Pediatric
Nephrology as a Career Choice: Sustaining the Specialty, Young
Investigators Showcase (Fellows & Recent Graduates Presentations),
Heroes In Pediatric Nephrology: 2021-2022 Recognizing Our Global
Partnerships. The Pediatric Critical Care Workshop will focus on
Renal Replacement Therapy and Integrated Point of Care Ultrasound
(POCUS) in Pediatric Nephrology.
