Come and join us to keep our beach waste free! Transportation is provided to/from the clean up site for Undergraduate & Graduate students.
Miami Herbert Beach Cleanup Site: Historic Virginia Key Beach Park, (4020 Virginia Beach Drive, Miami, FL 33149) there will be signage leading to the back field for volunteers to follow. The check-in table will be in the Beach Front Village, the parking fee will be waived by the park, please let the park attendant at the entrance know you are here for the International Coastal Cleanup, if you do not mention you are here for the cleanup you will be charged a $10.00 entrance fee. (10:00am - 11:30am Beach Cleanup)
Students Traveling on Bus: Meet at Cesarano Plaza (5250 University Drive, Coral Gables, FL 33146) to check in at 9:15am will take a bus to the beach cleanup site. Bus departs at 9:30am from University Circle. (see full schedule below for students traveling on bus)

9:30am Bus departs from University of Miami Herbert Business School
10:00am - 11:30am Beach Cleanup
11:30am Lunch
12:00pm Bus departs from Historic Virginia Key Beach Park
Please bring a refillable water bottle, closed-toed shoes, and protection from the sun (sunscreen, hat, sunglasses). If you have your own gloves, we recommend bringing them.
