About this Event
A year of coping with the stressors of quarantines, social-distancing, shutdowns, losses, grief, uncertainty, and anxiety has taken its toll on our emotional health. “Pandemic Fatigue” is a term used to describe the very real impact of COVID-19 related stressors on our feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. When we feel impacted by pandemic fatigue, we need to remember that we are not alone, and that there are things we can do to continue protecting our health, the health of those we love and the well-being of our community. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) consultant. FSAP Health and Wellness webinars are offered as part of the University of Miami’s Well ’Canes Program. Attend to receive 100 Pure Wellness points (to a maximum total of 300 points for FSAP 1-hour webinar attendance per calendar year).
