It is a strong, negative response that may also foster challenging emotions such as fear, anger, sadness, worry, or frustration, that can undermine our sense of psychological safety. Understanding emotional stress is the first step toward mastering it. Attend this webinar to learn about symptoms, sources, and increased self-awareness to effectively manage responses to this type of stress.
