This presentation will provide caregivers of children with autism practical information on recognizing risk factors and red flags related to parental stress and mental health. We will review effective wellness exercises and realistic self-care strategies and discuss how caregiver well-being influences day-to-day interactions and the overall parent-child relationship. The goal is to offer useful, evidence- informed tools that support both caregivers and their children.
