Please join us for this virtual program co-sponsored by the University of Miami American Studies Program and the Lowe Art Museum. Mexican Indigenous artist Jorge Dominguez Cruz will discuss his influences which range from his Tenek-Huasteco roots and culture, to the Mexican muralist, to Salvador Dali's Surrealistic style.
This discussion will be led by Dr. Chrissy Arce, Director of American Studies. Additionally, the Lowe Art Museum's Dr. Tola Porter will connect the artist's work to the museum's collection.
