#UMLACanesJoin ’Canes and UM Friends for a great morning of action to support the "Nothin' But Sand" group beach clean-up by Heal The Bay. It is a unique opportunity to protect the Santa Monica Bay, learn about ocean pollution, and be part of the solution.
Please note that closed-toe shoes are required for all participants.
Stick around after the clean-up to enjoy pizza and fun on the beach!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- What to bring for the beach clean-up: Water or non-alcoholic drinks in a reusable container, snacks, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes, gloves, and a bucket.
- If you stay after the beach clean-up: Bring beach chairs, blankets, towels, drinks, and recreation items. Don't forget reusable plates or picnic materials to reduce the need for paper plates and napkins.
- Parking: $15/day but free if you arrive before 8:00 AM (no attendants then).
- Restrictions: No animals, alcohol, or cooking on the sand.

Minors: For participants under the age of 18: A legal guardian needs to print and sign this hard copy liability waiver form (minors without this signed form, will unfortunately not be able to participate)
