Join us on Friday, February 16, from 2-4 p.m. for a tour of one of UM dining's local produce farmers, Hammock Greens, located in Miami Overtown. Thomas Smitherman, the founder, built the first Hammock Greens farm inside a refurbished shipping container. "After a few years of blood, sweat, and greens, Hammock Greens has expanded into 11 farms". Register now!
