Please join us in honoring Tiffani G. Lee, this year's receipient of the Center for Ethics and Public Service's Lawyers in Leadership Award.
Tiffani G. Lee, J.D. '97, is a partner in Holland & Knight’s Miami office. She has served as the firmwide Diversity Partner since 2008. In that capacity, she devotes substantial time leading firmwide initiatives to further develop an organization and a culture in which all talented individuals, including those traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession, can have a path to long-term success. In the wake of the killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, Ms. Lee wrote an article entitled Lawyers Must Address Racial Injustice With Racial Candor, published on Law360 this past June. She recently finished a book chapter titled “A Racial Reckoning in the Midst of a Pandemic Accelerates Pursuit of Racial Equity” that will appear in a book titled Accelerating Trends in Law Firms that will be released in August of 2021.
Ms. Lee is a trial and litigation attorney and a member of the firm's South Florida Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice in the area of complex commercial litigation in the state and federal courts of Florida. In her 20+ years of litigation experience, she has prosecuted and defended claims on behalf of business clients in a variety of industries.
