We’re inviting all University of Miami alumni across Orange County, Los Angeles, and surrounding areas to come together for a morning of meaningful connection and professional community.
Perks & Perspectives is a relaxed gathering where you can enjoy your favorite coffee (tea or smoothie) while connecting with fellow UM grads through meaningful conversation, idea-sharing, and community building.
Here’s what to expect:
· Table cards designed to help move past small talk and invite real conversations about our shared experiences in life and medicine.
· A mini collab board to post opportunities, ideas, or ways to connect—for example:
– “Looking for a clinical shadowing opportunity”
– “Offering mentorship for new grads”
– “Hiring for a new private practice position”
– “Launching a nonprofit initiative”
· And, of course, a group photo to show our UM pride!
