#PRACTICEThis workshop is targeted toward early career faculty who are looking for a professional edge as they build their interdisciplinary research agenda and navigate academic advancement. Dr. Justin Stoler will share his collection of professional resources and lead a series of short discussions about cultivating mentor networks, effective work habits, working in teams, and documenting your successes with an eye toward future promotion and/or tenure applications. The workshop creates a supportive, interdisciplinary space for digging into the details of common early career pitfalls and success strategies.
