About this Event
This presentation is intended as an introduction to clinical trial registration and results disclosure requirements. It also intends to provide an overview of the evolution and current state of clinical trial registration and results disclosure in Academia, especially here at the University of Miami.

At the end of this ILT, participants will be able to:
· Understand the Brief History of Clinical Trial Disclosure
· Identify the current clinical trial disclosure requirements in the US and at the University of Miami
· Identify who is responsible for registration
· Describe the impact of greater transparency in the clinical trial disclosure environment on academia
· Discuss the advantages and implications of using Clinical trial disclosure databases
