https://miami.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_DzKzOW7GTG6pmA04-yhamAThe Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center (Sylvester) Cancer Proteomics Shared Resource (CPSR) is posed to launch on June 1, 2026. This seminar will provide an overview of the CPSR services available at launch and will describe how to access these services. The CPSR provides advanced, mass spectrometry-based proteomics to support basic, translational, and clinical cancer research. The CPSR scalable infrastructure includes dedicated HVAC, clean power, and high-flow nitrogen to support advanced gas phase fractionation. Major mass spectrometry instrumentation includes an Astral Zoom and an Orbitrap Ascend, providing high performance analytical proteomics capability. Initial services at launch include gel band protein identification, mass spectrometry cleavable cross linking (DSSO), and global quantitative proteomics using DIA, DDA, and TMT based workflows. The CPSR also supports global protein and peptide quantitation from whole cells and primary tumor organoids through quantitative analysis and data visualization, essentially providing a comprehensive “soup to nuts” analytical capability.
