The University of Miami School of Law invites foreign-trained lawyers to an informational session on studying and practicing law in the United States. Learn answers to common questions from foreign lawyers: What is the difference between an LL.M., a J.D., and an S.J.D.? Which option is best for me? Can I use my foreign law degree to practice law in the United States, including in Florida? What is the Bar Exam in the USA and what do I need to do to take it? Are there options to improve my English before starting the LL.M. program?
