About this Event

https://miami.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_NVaWp69_RhKEz7-euvCdfwImaging flow cytometry (IFC) combines features of flow cytometry and fluorescent microscopy with advances in data-processing algorithms to provide multiparametric fluorescent and morphological analysis. IFC combines the per cell information content provided by standard microscopy with the statistical significance provided by the large sample sizes enabled by flow cytometry. This combination enables a range of applications that would be impossible using either technique alone. This seminar will describe the Amnis imaging flow cytometry platform and how it is being applied in a wide array of research, including studies on cell cycle, internalization, cell surface and intracellular co-localization, stem cell differentiation, cell-cell interactions, nuclear translocation, DNA damage and repair, bispecific AB therapeutics, and label-free cell classification. This seminar can be attended in-person or online. Lunch will be served for in-person participants.
