The 2nd annual How to Contract Conference offers lawyers and professionals an in-person opportunity to learn practical techniques for drafting and negotiating contracts in the real world. While this conference is open to anyone interested in contract drafting and negotiating, most of the attendees are in-house counsel with five or more years of experience. These are lawyers who want to improve their contracts skills or transition to a more transactional role.
