Unlock new levels of strenth and flexibility for your entire body this October. Karolina will help you identify the key muscles to strengthen and stretch, the best exercises for each and why, and how to progress or regress for more or less of a challenge. All levels are welcome!

Healthy Neck Workshop Details:
In this workshop you will have an opportunity to practice each technique and ask questions. It can be interactive and personalized, camera on or off. All levels welcome.
A. Alignment
Recognize the most common muscle imbalance that affects neck health and how to best address it.
B. Balance
Identify key prime movers and stabilizers affecting neck health
C. Control
Apply Attention, Resistance and Recovery to:
Learn to identify safe movements for neck health, as well as common mistakes, low and high risk of injury exercises and stretching.
*Workshop content based on Sports Medicine, Strength Training, Yoga, Pilates and Massage.*
