Attend this webinar to review emotional tools and techniques to help you detach temporarily from emotional pain in the present moment. Grounding techniques can help you feel safe and assist you to regain control over your emotions when feeling distressed, triggered, or overwhelmed. Participants will be led through a guided meditation. Select the tools that work for you as you build your emotional toolbox ready to be used as needed. This webinar will be facilitated by a UM FSAP consultant.
