The Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center (SCCC) Flow Cytometry Shared Resource recently installed a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX SRT benchtop sorter that is available for walk-up sorting by investigators at the University of Miami. The Diabetes Research Institute (DRI) Flow Cytometry Core Facility at the University of Miami has a Beckman Coulter CytoFLEX cell analyzer and an Astrios EQ cell sorter. This seminar will provide an overview of the capabilities of these and other Beckman Coulter flow cytometry platforms and present how they are being used for a wide range of research applications.
This seminar is jointly hosted by the SCCC Flow Cytometry Shared Resource, DRI Flow Cytometry Core Facility, and CFAR Laboratory Sciences Core.
