About this Event
The Writing Retreat brings graduate students and postdoc fellows from all disciplines together for intensive sessions of dedicated writing time. Most participants will be working on a dissertation or Master's thesis, but students working on other formal writing projects are also welcome to join the group. The Fall 2021 Writing Retreat will take place virtually via Zoom. The itinerary will feature scheduled independent writing times, regular check-ins, and presentations on writing resources and developing and maintaining routines. A Writing Center tutor will also be available for consultations during the two full days of writing. All students interested in participating in the Fall Writing Retreat are required to submit a short application form by Monday, October 11, 2021, at 5:00 p.m. Acceptance notifications will be sent by October 13, 2021.
